Truck dispatching for every trailer type, one desk
Our truck dispatching covers eleven kinds of equipment, all at the same depth. Pick yours for how we dispatch it, or start with the service and situation pages below. On every page, the same rule: you approve every load, and the rate con comes from the broker straight to you.
By equipment
- Dry van dispatchRetail, grocery and manufacturing freight. We push for drop-and-hook where it exists and get detention terms on the rate con before you roll.
- Reefer dispatchProduce, protein, dairy and frozen. Lumper terms, pickup temps and appointment windows get settled before you say yes, not at the dock.
- Flatbed dispatchSteel, lumber, building materials and machinery. Tarp pay and securement time go on the rate con, and we only offer loads your gear can legally secure.
- Step deck / Conestoga dispatchMachinery and tall freight that needs your deck height, plus covered freight for Conestogas priced like covered freight.
- RGN / lowboy / oversize dispatchRGN, lowboy and permitted loads. You see the dimensions, permits, escorts and curfews before you commit. We coordinate permits when you ask.
- Power only dispatchTractor owners pulling customer trailers. We plan around trailer pools to cut bobtail miles and keep the interchange paperwork straight.
- Car hauler dispatchOpen haulers and wedges. We build full loads from dealers and auctions along one route instead of running half empty.
- Dump truck dispatchAggregate, asphalt and site work. We confirm hourly or per-ton pay and the contractor's payment terms before you roll.
- Hazmat / tanker dispatchPlacarded freight and tankers. We only offer loads you're endorsed, registered and insured to haul.
- Hotshot dispatchCDL and non-CDL hotshots. Partials and full loads that fit your deck and stay inside your weight limits.
- 26 ft box truck dispatch26 ft box trucks and larger only. Liftgate, appointment and regional freight that fits your floor and your payload.
Not dispatched: cargo vans, sprinter vans and box trucks under 26 ft.
