Partner and referral disclosure
KingpinLoads is a truck dispatch service. We earn our living from the dispatch fee you agree to, a percentage of the loads we book and you approve. Separately, we point carriers to a few outside companies, and some of them may pay us when you sign up through our link. Here is each one, in plain words.
The short version
- We may earn a referral fee from the companies below. It never changes your price.
- We only point to a partner on pages where it fits what the reader is doing.
- You never have to use any partner to work with us, and we never require one.
- Partner links go through a /go/ address on our site and are marked as sponsored.
Factoring referrals
When you ask for a factoring quote on our site, we pass your details to our factoring partner. If you open a factoring account, we may be paid a referral fee. The rate and terms you get are set by the factoring company and are the same whether you came through us or not. Factoring is optional, and our dispatch works with any factoring company you choose. You can read how factoring works on our freight factoring page.
Vertical Identity
Vertical Identity runs a DOT drug and alcohol testing consortium. We link to it on our compliance pages and may earn a referral fee when a carrier enrolls through our link. DOT testing applies to drivers of vehicles that need a CDL, so this offer is only for CDL carriers. See our FMCSA compliance pages for who needs a consortium.
TruckClub
TruckClub offers breakdown protection plans for trucks. It is not insurance. We link to it on a few calculators where a major repair would change the result, and may earn a referral fee if you buy a plan through our link. Eligibility, coverage and price are set by TruckClub, so read its terms before you buy.
How we choose what to show
Partner offers appear only where they answer the question on the page, and always after the information you came for. A partner never pays to change what we write, the numbers in our calculators or the facts in our guides. Our editorial policy explains how we research and update content.
