Website Terms of Use

Effective October 5, 2026

These terms cover your use of kingpinloads.com, run by KingpinLoads ("KingpinLoads", "we"). By using the site you agree to them. They cover the website only. Dispatch service is provided under a separate written agreement, and if that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement wins.

1. What the site is for

The site describes our truck dispatch service and offers free guides, calculators, state tables and a glossary for carriers. You may use it for your own business and personal information. You may not copy large parts of it, republish it as your own, scrape it in bulk, or use it in a way that harms the site or other visitors.

2. Information, not professional advice

We research our content carefully and cite sources with the date we checked them; our editorial policy explains how. Even so, rules, rates and prices change, and every operation is different. Content on this site is general information. It isn't legal, tax, financial, insurance or compliance advice, and it doesn't replace the official text of a regulation, a permit office, or a qualified professional who knows your situation. You stay responsible for your own compliance, including securement, hours of service, permits, licensing, drug and alcohol testing, and safety.

3. Calculators and examples

Our calculators run the math on the numbers you enter, using the formulas and assumptions shown on each page. Results are estimates. Numbers marked as examples are illustrations, not quotes or market rates. Don't rely on a calculator alone for a legal weight, a permit, a purchase or a contract; check the official source and, where it matters, weigh, measure or ask.

4. No guarantees about loads, rates or income

Nothing on this site promises a number of loads, a rate, a level of income or a result. Freight markets move, and what a truck earns depends on many things outside our control. Any figures we publish are either sourced market data with a date or labeled examples.

5. Forms and your information

When you send a form, you confirm that the information is yours to share and is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Sending a form doesn't create a dispatch agreement or oblige either side to work together. How we handle what you send is explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Partner links and other websites

Some links go to other companies, including our factoring partner and affiliate partners, and we may earn a referral fee; see our disclosure. Those companies set their own products, prices and terms, and we're not responsible for their websites or services. Links to government and other sources are for reference. We check those sources when we cite them, but other sites can change or move their pages without notice, so a link may stop working or show newer information than our page.

7. Our content and marks

The site's text, drawings, calculators, design and the KingpinLoads name and logo belong to us or our licensors. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Other company names on the site belong to their owners and are used only to identify them; their mention doesn't mean they endorse us.

8. Availability

We work to keep the site running and accurate, but it's provided as is and as available. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time, including calculators and guides.

9. Acceptable use

When you use the site, please don't:

We may block access or ignore submissions that break these rules.

10. Calls, texts and email

If you give consent on a form, we may contact you about your request by phone, text and email, including by automated means. Consent isn't a condition of service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or tell us by email or phone to stop other messages.

11. Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, KingpinLoads and its people aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits or loads, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.

12. Your responsibility

If you misuse the site or break these terms, and that causes a claim against us by someone else, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result, to the extent the law allows.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where KingpinLoads is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable federal law. If a dispute comes up about the website, please contact us first; most problems can be sorted out with a conversation.

14. The rest of the terms

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't given it up. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the disclosure page, are the whole agreement about your use of the website.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
