Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026
This policy explains what information KingpinLoads ("KingpinLoads", "we") collects through kingpinloads.com, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. It covers this website and its forms. Once you become a dispatch customer, your dispatch agreement also applies.
Information you give us
When you use a form on this site, we collect what you type in:
- Dispatch application: your name, mobile phone, email, best time to call, equipment and truck count, whether you have your own authority and your MC or DOT number, how long it has been active, your home base, gear, an optional note, and whether you also want a factoring quote.
- Factoring quote request: your name, phone, email, best time to call, monthly invoice volume, truck count, MC or DOT number, whether you factor now and with whom, and what matters most to you.
- Contact form: your name, phone, email, best time to call, the topic and your message.
Please don't send us bank details, Social Security numbers, passwords or health information through the website. We don't ask for them here.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: like most websites, our servers and our content delivery network receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use the IP address to limit repeated form submissions and to check for bots.
- Form context: with each form we record the page you sent it from, whether you were on a phone or a computer, and the time.
- Campaign source: if you arrive from a link with campaign tags (UTM parameters), we keep those tags and your first landing page so we know which ads or posts bring carriers to us.
- Analytics: if we use website analytics, it measures page views and actions such as starting a form or using a calculator, to improve the site. We don't use advertising cookies.
Cookies and browser storage
We keep this to a minimum:
- kl_utm and kl_landing: first-party cookies that store campaign tags and your landing page for 30 days, read only when you send a form.
- Session storage: keeps a half-finished form on your device if you change pages, and clears when you send it or close the tab.
- Local storage: remembers the numbers you typed into a calculator, on your device only.
- Bot check: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may set its own cookies or read device signals to tell people from bots.
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. The site works without them; a form just won't remember where it came from.
How we use information
- To reply to you, review your application and talk with you about dispatch service.
- To pass a factoring request to our factoring partner when you ask for a quote or tick the factoring box.
- To send a confirmation email that we received your form.
- To protect the site from spam, fraud and abuse.
- To understand which pages and campaigns work, and to improve the site and our service.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Calls, texts and email
If you check the consent box on a form, you agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, text and email, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and of emails by replying to tell us. We don't share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share information with
- Our factoring partner (our factoring partner), only when you request a factoring quote or tick the factoring box, so it can contact you with a rate.
- Service providers that run the site for us: website hosting, Cloudflare (content delivery and the bot check), Resend (sending form emails), and, if we use them, our analytics and lead-management tools. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
- Brokers and shippers, once you're a dispatch customer and only as needed to book loads you approve, such as your company name, MC number and contact details.
- Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, under this policy.
We don't sell your personal information. Partner links on our site take you to other companies' websites, which have their own privacy policies. See our disclosure.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond, to serve you if you become a customer, and to meet legal, tax and record-keeping duties. Then we delete or anonymize them. Browser storage stays on your device until you or your browser clears it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, forms are checked for bots, and access to submissions is limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that information will never be accessed without permission, but we work to protect it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under state law. To make a request, use our contact page. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we won't treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is for trucking businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
